I spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Karol Bagh and I had a good experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering a complimentary breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi. the hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. I appreciated the prompt check-in service upon my arrival.
the room was overpriced, lacked proper amenities, and had a malfunctioning air conditioning system.

During my recent Christmas vacation, I had a pleasant stay at a well-situated hotel. The hotel provided great facilities and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was prompt and courteous, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. the hotel was located in a strategic location which made it easier for me to explore the city. a good experience.
I faced an issue during my check-in process. The situation got sorted out after some time, but I wish the process had been smoother.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcomed. They even granted me early access to my room, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a great part of the city for travelers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained.
